For your convenience, our referring dentists can refer patients to us directly from our website. In addition, our patients have the capability to register for their appointment from our website. Our system is completely integrated and paperless. Why spend an extra 20 minutes filling out forms when you arrive for your appointment. Register for your appointment from the comfort and convenience of your home or office.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that practice provides surgical and IV sedation services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience!!

Please call 602-242-4745 or email us using our contact form with any questions or to schedule an appointment.

There are two key steps to promote long life for your implants. First, daily care is a must. Brush all your teeth twice a day and floss them daily. Second, get regular dental check-ups. Check-ups are especially critical for patients with implants.
