Payments & Fees

The fees for our services will be based on the treatment required to correct your endodontic issues. During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, the length of each visit, and the fees involved.

Endodontic treatment fees can range from $900 to $2,100 per tooth, depending upon the treatment required. Suitable arrangement for payment needs to be made at the time of treatment.

Care Credit
Pay with PayPal

Payments can be made by cash, check, credit card, or Care Credit. The credit cards we accept are MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. For your convenience, you may also use PayPal, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to settle your account.

A $75.00 returned check fee will be charged for any check that is returned by your bank for any reason.

Patients with Dental Insurance:

As a courtesy, we submit any claims for you to your dental insurance carrier, but filing an insurance claim does not relieve you of responsibility for your bill. Phoenix Endodontic Group is not responsible for any coverage denials by dental plans. We require patient estimated amounts and deductibles to be made at the time our services are rendered..

Our practice is committed to providing the best treatment possible for our patients and we charge what is usual and customary for endodontic specialists in our area. This amount may be different from your insurance company’s benefit schedule and the actual reimbursement to us.

Remaining balances AFTER insurance has paid are due and payable at that time. Unpaid balances after 30 days will be charged late fees and interest.

Patients without Dental Insurance:

For those patients without dental insurance we require payment in full at the time of service.

There are two key steps to promote long life for your implants. First, daily care is a must. Brush all your teeth twice a day and floss them daily. Second, get regular dental check-ups. Check-ups are especially critical for patients with implants.
